    I am using terrasip service in dubai, but it doesn’t work. whenever I try to make a call, it rings but I can’t hear to other side & everytime it’s deduct the equal balance.
    kindly advice.

  4. Dear David, On what basis you saying that I am a fake client, however I have already registered with terrasip.net & then I credit my account with 10Euro. Since I am using Nimbuzz in my iPhone & it has a list of VOIP service provider so terrasip is one of them. but it doesn’t work. Again I tried it with other SIP software & successfuly filled the required setting, but I face the same problem i.e. I can dial the number but can’t hear from the other side. if you know the solution please let me know.

  6. with you new email address imran_hba@yahoo.com we are able to find an account. Due to your CDRs you tried to call 91989710xxxx and 91989710xxxx for instance. Both numbers are working perfect through the TerraSip Network.

    Maybe you have a probem at your side with the settings. To have a look at this you need

    Please add a sreenshot of you settings, otherwise no none of our support agents can say anything really helpful to the case.

    please make sure that you provider in UAE allows to use the port 5060. If this blocked,
    you cannot make Voip Calls. For cases like this we axcept the port 7075 for instance.
    For Setup it looks like terrasip.net:7075 or 193.47.84.4:7075

    Hi,

    I have excellent quality routes to the following destinations.

    Cuba – 0.55 (Standard)

    Bangladesh – 0.028 ( TDM)

    Myanmar – 0.22 (Standard)
    0.30(TDM)

    Pakistan – 0.055 (TDM)

    FYI:

    TDM: OPEN CLI i.e. the We will forward whatever CLI is sent from for YOUR end. We will also terminate in the same codec we are sent the call in. Thus making sure call quality is maintain. These are direct legal routes. We support all codec.

    Standard: Normal quality.

    Palal Communications uses a total Stratus Telecom solution for it’s switching and runs it’s own 10 Gbps backbone between LA, Guantanamo Bay, Sydney, Singapore, Myanmar, Bangladesh and Pakistan.

  10. I have a very bad experience of Terrasip services. I was offered two different types of routes
    (I) Terrssip Standard
    (II) Terrasip Premium
    There was a significant differnce between the rates of two. I used standard for couple of days but due to very bad quality I switched to Premium. They quality was not as good as it was supposed to be and there was no CLI available whereas CLI was guaranteed. When I raised this concern to Terrasip (Daniel) he cancelled my account with telling me any reason, although they returned my credit but I was so surprised to hear that. As a customer I hold the right to question and expect an answer but the gentleman was so rude and he just cancelled my account without informing any reason.

    I am not sure if there is any place where I can register my complaint. There should be strict actions against such crooks who betray people and upon making a query tells you to F**K off. I have consulted my lawyer and thanks to Daniel David for his email which can be used against his company as a prove to take action at-least in USA. Because in US customer services is considered to be as a religion and every single consumer have the right to get what he/she is promised. I want every single person on this forum to boycott such crooks who is destroying this industry.

  11. Nowhere at our website and nobody in our company said about the Premium Routes that
    they hav e guaranteed CLI, Fax, DTMF tone delivery, and that in this routing group are White routes only.

    In reality our standard routing group contains around 25% routes with CLI delivery and the premium group around 65%. The premium group is not a group where are white routes with CLI delivery only. Even if you look at the very low rates everbody who is ivolved in the telecom business can see that this cannot be.

    But there are sometime clients they try to tell me and the public also that we promised them that those routes have CLI delivery guaratee and tell us we are unfair because we are doing 16 hours work per day per person for arpound 5% of margin.

    And here I declear it again the same that I did for the author above: Noone
    in our company will work or do any service for so called “clients” who says that we are not fair.

    Thank good that we are living in a free world and must can choose what we want to do and what we not want to do.

    I don’t know what to say about your comments. What kind of customer services you guys are providing. As far as I have read about the customer services is that service is a religion. Great companies always listen to their clients to increase their popularity by word of mouth.
    I have made a very innocent complaint that you are using the same route for calls to same destination at a higher price which you used for grey routes but you straight away refused to address the complaint and rather than addressing the complaint you blocked my account. I am not sure what kind of fairness is this and what kind of customer services is this? And still you have the guts to comment here on blogs.

    This is not the matter of living in free world. Trust me I can sue you for this misconduct and you wouldn’t be able to do business with US based companies anymore. Thanks to God that I am living in a country where our laws do not allow such crooks like you to do business. Rather than commenting on this blog send me a sorry email otherwise I will be going to my attorney to discuss my options.
    Just a suggestion, after writing here, just copy and paste it in the word file so it can pick out the spell and grammar mistakes. The word’s grammar and spell check feature is for losers like you.

    And your criticism at my English is not fair also, I would like to see how many mistakes you would make if we would converse in German.

    Good luck with your smear campaigns. To do a smear campaign about you
